Cassio Werneck BJJ - Sacramento CA - Marcos Torregrosa
Marcos took over the teaching duties today. We worked a few version of an open guard pass. They were all started from standing, controlling the pantlegs or one leg and one lapel. They were complex. So complex in fact that I'm not even going to try to write it all down. sigh. Maybe I'll get some vid next week.
Rolls were ok since I have no gas. Rolled with Jamei and Marcos and managed to survive both. Both of them got out of my closed guard by standing up. I hate that.
